St. Martha's Altar Guild - These are members who prepare the church for services, including the linen and silver used at the Eucharist. Teams are given a monthly assignment, which includes a Saturday morning setup and Sunday services that follow. Members also assist the clergy at weddings and funerals that take place in the church.
Acolytes - Boys and girls serve at our Sunday services by leading the processions and assisting the clergy at the altar. This participation gives them a "hands on" appreciation of our worship life. It's also a great way for young people to meet and connect with other parish youth. They are also encouraged to attend church school classes and other events.
Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers - Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers are persons who read the Bible lessons during services and administer the cup at the time of communion. They may also take the Eucharist to shut-ins in their own homes or care facilities upon request. Training for this ministry is required.
Oblation Bearers - These are members who bring the bread and wine from the congregation to the altar when the monetary gifts are received at the time of the offertory. This act symbolizes the offering of ourselves to God and is a high point of our worship.
The Worship Team advises and gives council to the Rector in the areas of worship in the parish with representation from the Choir, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Ushers, Altar Guild, Acolytes and other members of the parish.

The labyrinth is a circular "maze" with a single path. It is used as a "walking meditation" that can lead to new insights about your relationship with God, healing, comfort, centering, or empowerment. Each person's experience is unique. Trinity's is patterned after the one found in Chartres Cathedral in France.
