Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) -

Meets every other Sunday during the school year from 5:30-7:30 pm.  EYC is a youth group for kids in both middle and high school, and young people from all four Episcopal churches in the Reno-Sparks area participate. All age groups come together for dinner and then separate for age-appropriate activities. Middle school youth work with the program known as Rite 13, while high schoolers are involved with Journey to Adulthood (J2A). Both programs offer a combination of learning, fun, fellowship, and deal with important issues facing youth today. We go on field trips, to the movies, and participate in service projects throughout the year. Meeting locations rotate between the local Episcopal churches. For more information on program location and dates, contact The Rev. Kathy Hopner at (775) 329-4279 or kathyhopner@juno.com
